Puhdas+ Beauty Collagen & Sea Buckthorn food supplement has been developed especially to support the skin, hair and mucous membranes. This quality product contains an effective combination of hydrolysed bovine collagen, sea buckthorn, silicon and niacin.

Collagen is the body’s own protein, traditionally associated with the skin and hair. Sea buckthorn is a natural source of antioxidants. Niacin (vitamin B3) contributes to the maintenance of normal skin. The combination of silicon and vitamin B3 (niacin) is included to support your everyday beauty routine.

Dosage

1–4 capsules per day.
