Kabuto is made from robust materials with carefully chosen details. The grind size is easily adjusted via the dial at the bottom. With the lid in place, the shaft stays stable during adjustment. Turn clockwise for a finer grind, counter-clockwise for a coarser one. The base has a satisfying weight and is made from aluminium, while the burrs and the handle shaft are stainless steel. The handle grip is solid wood, giving both stability and a warm, tactile feel in the hand.
