Details: To many cultures, Turkish coffee is the only good way to enjoy this noble drink. From the Balkans to Ukraine, and from the Great Caucasus to the Mediterranean, people prize the taste of authentic Turkish coffee. The preferred, traditional way of preparing it involves slowly heating coffee in a copper cezve (pot) in hot sand, which allows for perfectly equal distribution of heat to every part of cezve, while also giving coffee more time to boil, transferring more flavor from the finely-ground coffee beans into the drink. This unbelievable set includes everything needed for making truly authentic Turkish coffee right in your kitchen for 4 people at a time!
