Ever tried filtering out your espresso shot. Neither have we. Anyways, we ordered a few 58mm filter papers from our friends at MHW-3Bomber for you guys to try!
According to the coffee bloggers putting a paper filter under your coffee grounds helps avoid clogs in the basket holes, making your espresso extraction more even. It stops the water from rushing too fast in certain spots, ensuring a steady flow all over the coffee. This trick allows you to use a finer coffee grind, giving you a better flavor without making the process take longer. It adds a bit of effort, but the payoff is a tastier shot of espresso that’s worth it.
