Geisha Raspberry is a variation of Fazer’s Geisha milk chocolate. Each chocolate has a smooth milk chocolate shell around a crisp hazelnut nougat filling, with a light raspberry flavour and small pieces of dried raspberry. The 250 g box makes a ready-made gift or something to share after a meal.
Flavour and texture
The filling is hazelnut-led and slightly crisp, with the raspberry coming through mainly as flavouring. The dried raspberry content is small (0.05%), so expect a hazelnut chocolate with a raspberry accent rather than a fruit-forward chocolate. The milk chocolate contains a minimum of 30% cocoa solids. The chocolates contain no gelatine, no preservatives and no colourings.
